Our medium and heavy duty Vibrating Feeders with unbalanced motors are economical conveying means for bulk material. They are used where material is to be fed either continuously or in batches for Discharging bulk material from bins Feeding crushers, mixers, furnaces and scales Feeding conveyor belts, bucket elevators, vibratory screens, loading and sorting plants.
We offer linear motion mechanical vibrators for heavy duty applications, for large capacities (up to 4000 TPH) and large size (up to 1500 mm). The unbalance force is produced by means of vibrating oscillators. A universal cardan shaft connects the drive motor to the oscillator. The vibrating force can be adjusted by counter weights.
